• Monitors and analyzes sales performance; provides recommendations to improve sales performance for business channels (BCs) and new products (NPs).• Plans & checks on raw materials including packaging availability before and during offering of NP.• Conducts NP cascade to store team members and production crew.• Ensures availability of raw materials and packaging based on sales trend and sales forecast.• Analyzes and develops accurate stock forecasts and maintains timely ordering.

• Person-in-charge for the final input of crew man hours (contractual, seeds, and cooperative) and manager’s total man hours for every cut-off (pay-roll).• Responsible for producing efficient and effective manpower through proper training.• Ensures 100% customer satisfaction and no customer complaints would arise during every shift.• Person in-charge of creation of goods receipt for janitorial and maintenance crew thru SAP.• Ensures availability and enough manpower with reasonable work hours throughout the day.• Responsible for strict implementation of standard operating procedures across all stations.• Ensures crew certification is in place and crew training is carefully supervised.• Ensures that Food Safety standards are implemented and followed in the store.
