Lead the Talent Acquisition efforts for all non executive roles at Tyson Foods including management, hourly, and driver recruiting.

Demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Serve as a business partner with recruiting staff and hiring managers with knowledge of various resources Develop networking relationships within the industry for future and recurring recruiting needs and trends. Develop, train, and implement training for recruiting department. Liaison with other areas within HR (i.e., Leadership and Development, Compliance/EEO, and Diversity, etc.). Other responsibilities are performing audits within applicant tracking system on compliance errors throughout all stages of the recruiting process and ensuring data integrity while working closely with Employment Compliance for OFCCP audits and tracking of AAP's

Areas of Responsibility: (Renewable Products, Commodity Trading & Risk Management, International, Operations, Environmental Health, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Transportation, Purchasing, Aviation, and College Relations)1. Assist with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse work force for the organization.2. Develop and manage recruitment and sourcing strategies for high need positions. 3. Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of the sourcing efforts including running statistics on database mining, maintain records on recruiting activities, and creating metrics to show our value to the organization such as cost per hire, etc.4. An understanding of human resources principles and practices, with special emphasis on professional staffing, Equal Employment Opportunities, and Affirmative Action laws.

Areas of responsibility: Foodservice Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Audit, Operations and Fresh Meats groups.1. Effectively network to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.2. Leverages contacts to ensure available pools of talent for future openings.3. Develops aggressive sourcing methods to find the best talent by leveraging many channels, including but not limited to: Networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, associations, advertising, trade events, research, employee referrals, community based organizations, competitor contacts, and external recruiters.4. Research and mine databases that are comprised of diversity talent, screen the talent for core competencies as they relate to specific openings.
