As a Senior Technical Consultant, I assist clients with troubleshooting technical and accounting-related issues in their ERP system through cases and projects. I also work internally with new ERP technical consultants to guide them through their case work, review their project work, and provide them with training when needed. My project work includes leading migrations of ERP systems to Azure, implementations of ERP systems, and other projects that will enhance the ERP system, such as integrations from other softwares into the ERP system. This work includes writing up system design documents, managing project teams, coordinating project status with clients, training end users how to use the systems, and ensuring the project deliverables are met on-time and on-budget. After projects are completed I continue to identify and provide recommendations of products and/or processes to improve our clients experience.

My primary role at Syvantis is working directly with clients on a day to day basis to implement an accounting software called Microsoft Dynamics GP. This includes creating personalized training documents, creating custom reports and training clients in Management Reporter, and providing customer service when clients seek assistance or various training. On occasion I will also work with clients who seek to integrate data into their GP instance through several different integration softwares as well.My other roles at Syvantis are related primarily to our accounting department. In the accounting department I am responsible for creating and sending invoices, collections, month end reconciliations of two subsidiary companies to Syvantis, and other accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks when needed.

I was in charge scheduling 75 student employees, which included hiring/firing, dealing with scheduling conflicts, holding safety and sanitation meetings, training new student employees, and keeping records of each students attendance and performance. I also worked directly with my supervisors, manager, and director on conflict resolutions to help them make decisions or come up with new ideas when necessary.

Worked as a summer intern learning how to manage the business operations of a welding and gas supply company on a day to day basis. I did a lot of work with receiving inventory as well as doing day end reports on cash, credit, and ROA sales. I also worked directly with our salesmen, delivery drivers, and fire department to learn all aspects of the business.

I was given the chance to work individually and on teams to get projects done according to the deadlines and priorities that needed to be met, which taught me how to manage my time efficiently and effectively as well as communicate with my team members.
