The curriculum is designed to inspire our students to become a growing population of "Makers". We ask them to look at technology and the world from a different angle - to help plant the seed of invention in the next generation and to help them think outside the box. Peer to peer communication and critical thinking are key aspects to the evolving curriculum. My class is an art class with computers, batteries and LED lights. I also have a limited Gen Ed Certification to teach 6th graders Introduction to Technology. This class helps the students start the positive transition into use the District provided 1 to 1 digital platforms. My class teaches and reinforces the correct use of the educational technology that the students have access too.
