After working 5+ plus years in the telecommunications field dealing with high speed data, television, and VOIP services I made a change into the restoration field and haven't looked back. I started back in 2011 as a field technician learning the ins and outs of the industry. I went to Atlanta and received my training at one of the most prestigious restoration schools in the country at the Reets Drying Academy. I've done numerous residential and commercial losses as well as some heavy storm work like Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and Hurricane Matthew in 2016. Customer service is my top priority as I spent my teen years working for Wegmans food markets and it has transitioned me into the leader I am today and the ability to help customers through the high stress environment that comes with a fire or water loss.
