Responsible for completing change over and set up in a timely mannerResponsible for starting up machines and making sure they run properlyRecord specifications, production operations, and final dimensions of the machines for use in establishing operating standards and proceduresAssist other workers to remove and position equipment, fill hoppers, and feed materials into machinesMake sure all paperwork is completed once job is done

Maintain and update safety and wellness boards on a weekly basisAttend safety meetings within the organization on a monthly basisMaintain and update SDS booksRecord and file Work Station Audit FormsMade sure LOTO procedures were up to date

Responsible for handling employee payroll on a weekly basisConduct and perform telephone and face-to-face interviews on a daily basisHire new employees and upload paperwork into payroll databaseHandle employee complaints and questionsConduct new employee orientations

Trained new employees on company procedures and department techniquesResponsible for opening and closing dutiesInspect, maintain and repair equipment to ensure all machines are running properlyInteract and handle customers inquires and complaints in a professional and timely mannerHandled cash on a regular basisWork well within a team

Instructed crew members on day-to-day projectsResponsible for completing extensive trail work/landscaping and installing erosion control barriers on trailsOversaw and kept track of crew hours and sick timeOperated and maintained chainsaws, weed-whackers, tractors, dump trucks, wood chippers and all- terrain vehiclesConducted interviews and hiring processTrained and supervised crew membersResponsible for updating Crew Leader on completed tasks
