SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT:As the main Software Developer at Lexington Behavior Health Services, I am responsible for creating, updating and maintaining Windows Desktop applications, Microsoft SQL servers/databases and Adobe Pdf scripts using multiple programming languages like C#, Visual Basic .NET, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CONTINUED:My experience entails the development of multiple background systems that include the creation of an independent insurance billing system, employee payroll system and dynamic business software to view, update and manage sensitive client information. I am also responsible for the creation and maintenance of local SQL databases and the physical server they run on. Responsibilities include :1) Create and maintain relational Databases.2) Ensure all extracted data is accurately stored for later recall using personally developed software. 3) Create and maintain secure connections for Employee provided computers.IT SUPPORT / HARDWARE:1) IT Support responsibilities include remote management of field employee computers.2) Troubleshooting, repairing office employee computers / printers / network connectivity issues.3) Educating Employees on the usage of company systems / hardware.HARDWARE RELATED TASKS:1) Troubleshooting, repairing, replacing hardware and completing other general maintenance as needed to keep all equipment running efficiently. 2) Completing the initial setup of Employee hardware that can include Desktop, Laptop, Printer setup; OS installations, company required software installation and other related tasks as needed.

The Crisis Response Driver works in a team of two and is dispatched by the Crisis Response Network (http://www.crisisnetwork.org/) throughout Maricopa County to transport and safely transport patients in need of treatment. Crisis Network will request a transport from a Crisis team, a Crisis Response team must respond within four minutes and be on scene within thirty minutes in a sixteen-mile radius. Staff must be proficient in the de-escalation of potentially intoxicated, violent or suicidal clients on board company vehicles. Crisis teams must maintain documentation for all encounters with patients. Teams will transport a patient to a location set by the Crisis Network.

Assist special needs adults with various types of exercise routines and nutritional knowledge. Create and teach Wellness based classes. Write up daily progress notes on members to keep a digital record of a participant's progress. Monitor participants to ensure a safe exercise environment. Complete monthly summaries on each participant to keep case managers up to date on their members. Keep and update medical documents in accordance with HIPAA laws and policies.
