CurrentMy main duties as head of cyber PR public relations are to carry out responsibilities and regulate the internal scope in an effort to improve the performance of Cyber PR staff. - Make plans to improve the performance of cyber PR staff through providing practitioner training.- Make efforts to provide encouragement and a way for each member to coordinate with each other as best as possible in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of each member. - Forming and providing a healthy, comfortable and safe environment for each internal cyber member so that they maintain good relations with each other.- Make interesting activity plans as an effort to maintain the stability of friendship between staff.- Monitor every development of staff in charge of maintaining performance so that it remains maintained and works well.- Conduct regular evaluations to see the performance development of each individual and team in carrying out their responsibilities as cyber PR staff.
