Kosme Machine Blow Moulding Operator Follows production schedules and communicates any changes to team members when necessary. Start-up and shut down of blow mold machine and supporting equipment. Operates, enters and maintains production process on blow mold machines and supporting equipment while starting-up and during production. Visually identifies bottle quality defects and corrects production processes as needed to ensure quality specifications are met. Monitors production flow and preform level in hoppers, loads and dumps performs as needed to keep production running. Performs quality control testing using appropriate measuring devices. Checks parts produced for any possible defects (including grease, flash, punctures, and other defects) to ensure that customer specifications are met. Communicates machinery/equipment issues to Maintenance Technician and the team without delay. Troubleshoots the machine when necessary. Maintenance with machine/equipment repairs, mold changeovers, and preventive maintenance work. Follows and maintains company Product Safety standards and completes housekeeping requirements in work areas. Observes production operation within area of control to verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules and efficient operation of equipment. Completes daily reports of parts produced and any scrap parts which resulted, including downtime and machine efficiency. Notifies Lead person and/or Shift Supervisor whenever items produced do not meet quality requirements or if machinery needs repair.

 Monitoring and recording all machine functions: temperatures, pressures and speeds. Familiarizing the different process flow of refrigeration plant, co2 recovery, steam plant, water treatment plant and other system in the plant. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area and follow all required work safe practices. Assigned in engineering department to observe and evaluate the different systems in the plant. Other duties as assigned by Management.
