About Ryan Ratner
Ryan Ratner is an Integrated Engineering Manager supporting the F-35 Training Systems Network Infrastructure Team.Ryan is a first line leader responsible for a diverse, multidisciplinary team that develops innovative training and logistics solutions. Prior to his management role, Ryan was the Project Engineering Lead on the TSNI team, focusing on minimizing project risks, improving work product quality, reducing total cost over the system life cycle and improving communications between all stakeholders. His responsibilities included TSNI Contract Baselining, Control Account Management, Agile Scrum Master, Work Package Management, Risk & Ops Management and BOE development. Ryan fulfills all EVMS requirements for reporting and managing required contracts.After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance and completing the Lockheed Martin/UCF College Work Experience Program, Ryan accepted a position with Lockheed Martin in 2016. Ryan began his career as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) specialist with the Apache Fire Control program, supporting International Contracts. In 2018 Ryan volunteered for a year-long deployment in Afghanistan where he worked as a Contractor Supply Support Activity (CSSA) Representative, gaining extensive logistics & sustainment knowledge and working directly with the US Army customer. Upon return from deployment, Ryan was selected to be the CSSA In-Plant Team Lead on the Apache Program from January 2019 through March 2020. In March 2020, Ryan became the F-35 Sensors LSE Control Account Manager (CAM) in order to grow his skillset in cost management, budgeting and proposal processes. Ryan served as the LSE CAM until May 2022, and completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida Tech during this time. Ryan has supported the TSNI team since May 2022 and is exited to continue growing in his career at Lockheed Martin RMS.Ryan aspires to work in Program Management, and he plans to utilize his leadership experience in project management, sustainment/developmental engineering, data analysis, and control account management to provide a comprehensive support platform for internal and external customers.
