I have the privilege of running the day to day operations for Mojave Supply and planning for future growth.

Responsible for conducting pre-flight checks of emergency, safety and cargo handling equipment. Supervise loading and unloading of cargo and passengers. Perform calculations to ensure aircraft is balanced properly and capable of flight. Conduct scanning duties before and during flight to verify systems are functioning properly and cargo has maintained proper positioning.

My role is responsible for all of the marketing activity at the store level. I work to identify opportunities to expand our brand awareness, and build relationships with for-profit and nonprofit organizations through sponsorships. I am in charge of creating and developing events that complement our local and national marketing campaigns. I also have the privilege of heading our charitable donations program and sitting on the committee that identifies local volunteer opportunities for our associates.

My responsibilities include greeting customers, evaluating their needs, and providing solutions to ensure satisfaction with both the product and our company. I work with vendors to maintain inventory needs, evaluate product placement to maximize sales and evaluate data to develop successful strategies.

Managed all aspects of the company; administrative, financial, operations, and sales and marketing. Ensured all staff was fully trained and qualified to perform their jobs safely and to a high standard. Continuously developed staff to maintain a superior level of customer service. Managed client needs and created solutions to make certain company exceeded client expectations. Sold company at a profit.

Responsible for new client acquisition through marketing and sales. Regularly met or exceeded monthly sales goals. Created and implemented marketing plans to achieve measureable results.

My job as field representative required me to attend the many events that Assembly Member Cogdill could not make fit into his schedule. I would attend various functions and meetings and then report back to the Assemblyman anything that needed his attention.
