Ryan is a growth-oriented private company investor with twenty years of private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience. He is currently a Partner at CW Industrial Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market companies within niche manufacturing and business services industries. The firm partners with management and offers capital, support and the freedom to grow. Founded in 1999, the firm’s investors are primarily successful entrepreneurs and executives who contribute to the evaluation of investment opportunities and ongoing governance of those investments as part of driving sustainable long-term value.Prior to joining CW Industrial Partners, Ryan led the private markets investment activities for Walnut Ridge, a multi-generational single-family office based in Cleveland. He also spent 13 years at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm focused on lower middle market investing. During this time, Ryan was responsible for investment selection, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of investments in the Riverside Capital Appreciation Fund. Ryan began his career in M&A investment banking with Lincoln International and worked in Strategy and Corporate Development at PepsiCo.
