I have a deep and intense passion to continually learn and develop new skills, be it professional or personal. Whenever I learn a new skill, I dedicate my days and weekends to learning it for 6 months straight. After this, I often continue practicing that skill even while learning new ones. For example, I have loved learning data analysis and visualization, quantitative research, individual coaching, teaching, nutrition and health, etc... After learning more and more over the last 9 years, I have discovered specific fields that I really shine in and other fields where I can lead teams to incredible success. Additionally, I discovered the kind of work I am passionate about and how I want to approach it.I am incredibly data-driven and results-oriented. I make sure that any personal and professional goals I set are quantifiable and I'm accountable to someone else for them. But in coaching my teams and clients in productivity, I find this approach works so well but also was shocked at how few businesses were even trying to collect then analyze data and of the those companies that did, very few were able to gain proper insight beyond the face value of the numbers. So, I began to dive back into statistics, data analysis, business etc... so that my company would create a greater impact.That being said, I have been able to bring insight to various companies and that insight leads to increased sales, retention rates, customer satisfaction and what I love to see most, is a company culture where everyone is increasingly more proud and passionate about the work they do and beyond impressed with the results they themselves bring.I am currently working towards a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an ambitious goal to create a successful practice that employs many people as well as effectively serves clients better than the competition. My first priority is to work towards becoming a skilled psychologist. My next priority would be to bring in all my research and data-analysis training to take our success to the next level.
