• Meter cars for proper oxygen and flammability levels before entering confined space as well as using drager and sensidyne tubes to test for gases and chemical levels left in residue throughout the tank car
• Wash, clean out, take pictures, and visually inspect interior condition of tank car for corrosion, buckles, pitting, including weld seams to ensure they are to code
• Perform ultrasonic thickness tests on cars which are due for qualificationComputer responsibilities include logging onto to fleet, mars, and forms to ensure all paperwork is filled out completely for each and every.

• Responsible for safely and efficiently operating and maintaining the packaging and process systems
• Monitor all quality attributes, inspect product for leaks/deviations in packaging and make appropriate notifications when deviations occur
• Load packaging materials and supplies on to equipment, safely clear jams, stage materials for upcoming runs
• Perform change-overs of packaging materials from one SKU to another
• Log data correctly into SAP for usage of materials and maintenance activities

• Responsible for two mixers in the epoxy department. (“A” side and “B” side)
• Download batches from a PLC screen and order raw materials it will take to complete batch
• Measure, weigh, add, and mix ingredients into a computerized mixer. Powder and liquid form raws
• Sampling, testing, and quality control
• Knowledge of manufacturing paint, latex, mortars, epoxies, sealants, and polyurethanes
• Machine set-up, packaging line set-up, training of temporaries, and forklift operations
