My career in financial services started in 2000 and I have obtained a variety of leadership roles throughout my career, including Manager of an escalations division (in-person as well as virtual), Customer Service Manager, Recruiting Lead, and most recently as a Manager that led a cross-country New Hire/On-the-Job Experience Program for Wells Fargo Bank. My experience in team management, dedicated to service, accuracy, retention, and risk mitigation has been cultivated through change leadership for two decades. As a strong communicator and relationship builder, I have fostered the growth and development of many emerging leaders who have harnessed their aptitude and have grown in their respective careers. In daily interactions, I partner with leaders throughout the organization to develop best practices, initiate controls, and maximize resources to promote a cost-effective culture. I hold accountability for the growth of our staff as well as ensuring that the proper resources are in place to foster growth in learning and experience. I hold a B.A. from North Dakota State University and serve as Communications Chair for the Dakotas Employee Impact Team; enhancing volunteerism awareness while promoting diversity within North and South Dakota. I am an active member on a local school board with a focus on improving youth activities in my community.
