I have been entrusted with the responsibility of managing the Quartzdyne product line. With 30 years of tradition and a legacy of quality, reliability, and ruggedness I get to now set the direction for our products in a dynamic market. Part of my responsibility is the marketing of our products via social media, magazine ads, brochures, and our webpage. In addition to creating graphical content, I create presentations and webinars to educate customers and industry leaders on our product's amazing capabilities. I oversee the maintenance or our product roadmaps, portfolio definition, stage-gate process, and head the change management process, which includes all multiple departments of the company. In this ever-changing climate I am responsible for providing digested content from market studies, updated demand, and a breakdown of our product segmentation. I assist our director of sales in pursuit of new customers and provide product training. I report directly to the general manager and am a member of our executive team. In addition to my job responsibilities, I work with the executive team to design our company culture, execute our AOP, and craft Quartzdyne's strategy.

I oversee the three engineering segments of Quartzdyne: Sustaining, New Product Development, and R&D. Our sustaining team works hand in hand with operations to ensure that our product meets our rigid quality specifications and exceeds the performance specifications for our product. Our sustaining team is highly involved in improving the operations process through the implementation of daily kaizen. As a company, we had over 1,600 last year! Our New Product Development team creates the drawings and prototypes of new designs that push the limit of what is possible. In September of 2019 we released a new piezo gauge that has a feedthrough option to ease installation and allow for more well data when required. Our R&D department works tirelessly to improve our quartz sensor and electronics design. Their legacy runs deep with further integration of discrete components and the implementation of lower-power chips to run our transducers. My responsibilities include the financial approval of projects and design changes. I oversee the execution of the operating guidelines for change management and product development. A successful change we made to the execution of projects was the implementation of agile system versus the traditional waterfall approach. In addition to my responsibilities of managing the engineering team, I reported directly to the general manager of Quartzdyne and provided input on company strategy, execution of our AOP and design improvements to the company culture.
