Leads 15 military, civilian and contracting support personnel to optimize organizational maintenance for DoD's largest acquisition program worth $400B. Manages maintenance plans for US Air Force, US Navy and US Marine Corps plus 8 international partners and 4 foreign military sales countries. Additionally, provides maintenance plans program management, budget execution & logistics modeling/simulation with DoD contractors. Also develops implementation plans & solutions for level of repair analysis results US and Partner repair networks. Chairs implementation meetings with industry, US Services and Joint Partners.

Deputy Division Chief for a 30 person organization comprised of operations research professionals focusing on the study, analysis and assessment of Air Force resource issues, including personnel, cost, force structure and readiness.

Responsible for conducting in depth analyses, studies and lessons learned for HQ Air Force customers. Directs a branch of 11 subject matter experts in deep diving today's and tomorrow's critical issues.

Led 700+ maintenance professionals maintaining 29 RC-135 type and 4 E-4B low density, high demand aircraft. Executes maintenance and sortie generation for home station and world-wide taskings.

Responsible for aspects of airworthiness for the F-35A. Duties included reviewing contractor proposals, identifying and reducing airworthiness risk, verifying and validating technical guidance and operating instructions and ensuring logistics supportability for the F-35.

Executive Officer to the Director of Logistics, HQ Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC). Directly responsible to the director (USAF Major General) for all front office management to include managing all taskings, appointments, correspondence, protocol requirements and other duties as required. The directorate of logistics is the largest directorate at HQ AFMC and over 9,000 taskings were executed during my tenure, a 20% increase from the previous year.

Responsible for all facets of F-22 maintenance field support for a fleet of over 150 F-22s at 5 operating locations. Duties included liasing with field users to understand concerns and requirements at the operational level. Executed technical order changes, time change technical order issuance, updates and improvements to the F-22's IS.

In resident graduate student at AFIT. Graduated with a 3.6 GPA with a Masters of Science in Logistics. This course also is credited as in-residence Intermediate Development Education for the USAF.

Led 230+ aircraft maintenance personnel supporting off-equipment logistics for avionics, jet engines, hydraulic, fuels and egress systems. Supported a fleet of over 70 F-16 aircraft. Also ensured change management for the squadron as the base transitioned for Air Combat Command to Air Force Special Operations Command. Ensured all F-16 aircraft were transferred out and received the first MC-130 and MQ-1 aircraft. During this tenure, I also deployed as the 332d Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron Commander at Balad AB, Iraq leading over 500 maintenance professionals in a deployed combat location.
