With over 6 years of work experience in IT, customer service, and meteorology, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can thrive in different environments and challenges. I am passionate about cybersecurity, and IT, and I enjoy learning new skills and technologies. I am currently working as an IT Desktop Support Tech at NavCare.At NavCare, I am responsible for building and maintaining computers, unlocking accounts and resetting passwords, working with various software and platforms, and migrating data to Sharepoint. I also built hacking labs and secured the company network using Security Onion and Open CTI. In addition, I have been learning cybersecurity by doing CTF challenges on various platforms, taking courses through INE, Cybrary, and TCM Academy, and gaining some experience with Python, Bash, Powershell, and batch scripts. I have earned CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+ certifications, and I am eager to expand my knowledge and expertise in the IT field.
