As Esports gains popularity, I feel that it's very important to make sure that not only are students and kids involved in esports but given the best opportunities to achieve their goals, I also feel that it's very important to help them realize that it's imperative to take care of themselves physically and mentally to assure success in this growing medium. I'm very passionate about this world of Esports, it's something that I wish I had opportunities in while in high school and college. As general manager, I make it my duty to check in with all my guys to see what their issues are and what can be done to meet those needs. These needs consist of cow health, supply for parts, using those parts to fix equipment and facilities, hauling cows, stand-in for employees when needed, addressing issues that concern employee's well being and moral, and several other random things that happen that tend to spring up when we least expect it. A little office work is in order from time to time. From e-mails to auditing vendors, there is always something to be done. As of late, I'm looking for opportunities to use my skills developed in college such as videography and newspaper style writing to better benefit the dairy business. The next step might be magazines.
