My professional duties included the administration and negotiation of leases, purchase contracts, and other forms of site procurement in conjunction with operational and market strategies. I worked with PD&C, Architects, and General Contractors in completion of tenant & landlord infill, ensuring Mercy brand and standards were met. I worked with surveyors and civil engineers for site development, zoning, and entitlements. I served as the Real Estate lead on all business acquisitions for the central region, reviewing proposed real estate sites, contracts, and other related documents through the discernment process and facilitating a smooth transition into Mercy Health’s real estate portfolio. I secured capital funding through contract and lease negotiations, while ensuring Mercy remains compliant with regulatory statutes. I oversaw the space utilization process in conjunction with the executive team to determine optimal performance.

I oversaw the “build to suit” projects and retail developments as it pertained to complying with the development contract.
