Provide technical operations, educational support and customer service to medical facility in the Atlanta area. Accountable for the success and retention of Stryker endoscopic products within the operating room, as well as, the training of hospital personnel on Stryker products and services.Represent Stryker during surgeries to provide technical operations and consultation on endoscopic equipment.Responsible for pre-surgery set-up and post surgery reprocessing and recycling of surgical instruments.Troubleshoot equipment to meet specifications required during surgical procedures.Arrange and set-up video recordings per physician request.Support new equipment field trials.Provide telephone support to customer inquiries and research/resolve concerns or questions in support of sales team efforts for quality customer care.Update sales staff concerning customer satisfaction, concerns or requests for additional services or products.Skill sets include:Effective communication skills with all members of the surgical team. Able to concisely transform technical issues to understandable language bringing greater awareness of the capabilities of Stryker equipment.Acutely aware of physicians’ requirements, concerns and surgical parameters as related to equipment. Able to communicate those issues to sales staff and improve understanding between the two. Trainer capabilities with new hires. Effective communicator with sales team as an internal customer. Aware of the initiatives promoted by sales department and communicate field information that will assist them in renewals or new contracts.Proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office products.
