I am responsible for ensuring the successful operation of all equipment related to master control. STRATEGY + RESOURCING DAY- Assists Content Creators & Senior Content Creators during duration of production and post-production.- Assist Associate Producers, Producers and Associate Director of Production during duration of production from pre-production, production and post-production needs. DAY TO DAY- Shoot coordination – Assist Producers with ordering props, sending talent specs to agencies, buying craft services and additional pre-production needs when setting up photo and video shoots- Production – Assist Producers and Content Creators during a shoot from running errands, ordering coffee and lunch to assisting with camera setups, moving sets, setting up lights and various other tasks on set - Post-Production – Assist Producer and Content Creators with organizing footage/images after the shoot, organizing the shots within a project, basic entry level editing, animation, color correcting etc. - Assist Production Business Manager (PBM) on a regular basis with any needs to ensure the necessary tracking and documentation is being processed for projects- Ownership, organization and tidiness of prop room, prop storage and purging unused or unneeded props- Willingness to complete other production and office duties as needed
