An established ServiceNow professional helping to lead CGI’s US ServiceNow and ITSM practice. Ryan leverages his extensive consulting expertise with ServiceNow to help our clients succeed when implementing and administering ServiceNow throughout their organizations. He previously worked on a Cross-Functional team supporting a full IT outsource in the aerospace/defense industry. His primary role was that of a ServiceNow architect and trainer, but was also the SLA manager, and Continual Service Improvement manager, where his ITIL certification was utilized to design solutions and re-engineer business processes to deliver continued enhancements and efficiencies to the client. He has supported dozens of projects, many simultaneously, during his 15-year career at CGI. Ryan has served as a lead system administrator for Oracle Service Cloud for several years and currently holds a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. His experience with the ServiceNow platform extends across many modules, including IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management / Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Asset Management, Security Operations. Further to his ServiceNow certifications, he is also a Certified Function Point Specialist, a certification the International Function Point User Group provides for sizing software. He also has five years of experience within the education/research industry with a specialty in delivery of training on computer microscopy systems.
