As a Lead Consultant and Senior Account Manager for Kelly Benefits Strategies (KBS), I work with employer populations of 50 to 15,000 lives to implement strategic initiatives that increase employee engagement while reducing health care costs.I have served as a key contributor to the KBS Account Management team since joining the team in 2007. My areas of specialization include sourcing and implementing cutting-edge benefit solutions, building and managing benefit budgets, leading complex negotiations and compliance risk management. I have extensive experience in managing the transition from fully insured to partially self-insured funding arrangements for clients, mergers and acquisitions management/implementation, and plan design harmonization for complex benefit programs.My previous experience includes Bank of America in Wilmington, Delaware as well as The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia and Buffalo, New York.I have also served as the Head swim team coach and Lead National Group Coach for the Western Branch YMCA of Delaware in Newark since 2008. I currently manage 16 assistants who coach approximately 140 swimmers of all abilities, ages 5 to 18. Our Western Wahoo swimmers have qualified for regional and national meets including Junior Olympics, Eastern Zones, YMCA Nationals, USA Junior Nationals, US Open, and US Olympic Trials. As a Head Coach and National Lead Coach, I have led the team to eight straight YMCA East Field South District Championships. Our Men's Team placed 3rd in the country at the 2022 YMCA Short Course Nationals. Multiple swimmers have earned All-American and Scholastic All-American status. Our swimmers have also won multiple individual and relay national titles. Ryan received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Policy Analysis from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
