Senior Captain
Current- In 2006 I began working in the maritime industry as a deckhand with Anita Dee. -Developed countless skills and experience with the crew on board.- In 2009 was promoted to First Mate. developed new responsibilities which included managing, training, and developing a marine crew that performed and executed the ever changing demands on board our fleet. - Responsible for mechanical operations on board - Emergency training of Marine Crew - Responding and making critical decision making to emergency situations on board the fleet. 2013 received my Merchant Mariners Credential and was promoted as Captain. Responsible for marine crew and event staff, outside vendors and the safety of 100- 400 passengers on a given voyage. - Additional responsibilities include navigation , vessel safety, security, operating the fleet within the regulations of United States Coast Guard maritime law.2019 Received my 200 Gross Ton Great lakes Masters Credential. In the past few years I have effectively hired,trained our Captain's and Marine crew to execute our events on board our fleet. bringing a more knowledgeable and driven approach to all Marine positions.
