▪ Onboarding all MarketAxess new & existing clients onto the European Data Store to comply with MIFID II regulations ▪ Hosting WebEx, conference calls and face to face Q&As with global clients to provide information on MIFID II▪ Liaising with clients, managing and developing their relationships across the trading platform▪ Dealing with client queries and providing in-depth face-to-face training▪ Being a point of contact across the business – liaising with US & Asia Offices – dealing with internal and external queries ▪ Monitoring the inbox staying on top of daily workflow ensuring clients are receiving an efficient service▪ Building relationships with clients to develop their understanding and usage of all MA/TRAX products and services▪ Setting up new bond market watch lists & books▪ Working closely with the sales team and dealers to ensure all clients specific needs and requirements are met ▪ Amending BXT’s with missing accrued interest▪ Set-up new clients on salesforce▪ Supporting internal bond dealers & open trading teams with trade amendments and cancellations▪ Monitoring client information on internal systems & providing updates when needed ▪ Social committee member – arranging internal and client events

Day to day roles include:• To obtain accurate prices for all securities held in portfolios of various valuation points and to ensure these are downloaded into Quasar within specified daily deadlines• To obtain accurate prices from Brokers/Counter-parties/Middle Office (Re: SWAPS/LDI’s/Options, CDO’s) and to input such prices into Quasar within specified deadlines.• To obtain accurate Future prices adhering to daily deadlines • To perform price variance checks where prices have moved in excess of specified tolerances or cause concern to Valuations & New Business team. Additionally, where appropriate, to verify prices against a second source.• Respond to queries from other areas within 30 minutes of receipt• Deal with Adhoc duties as and when required, these include processing derivative prices into system, processing property prices into system and provide dealing desk with closing prices and liaise with them with them regarding illiquid bonds• Responsible for Pricing of all non-system OTC products Gilt TRS, Equity TRS which are modelled in-house via Bloomberg. Also responsible for overseeing the pricing of FX Options, FX Forwards and Equity Options which are priced via third party. • Update yield curves and Ensure all IRS, IFRS and ZCS trades are correctly modelled using in-house system Oberon and updated within Quasar in line with agreed deadlines. • Modelling Swaps, CDS single name and CDS Index trades via Bloomberg for any trades that have breached our specified tolerance levels and where our counterparty spreads have not been provided.
