I'm super encouraged by my time as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiter in my ability to offer guidance on an individual's professional growth and career goals. I've spent the last 5 years developing a method of resume building, interviewing techniques, and job searching strategy that I feel is super beneficial to those around me. Networking has been at the core of my being from an early age whether it was throwing parties for friends or organizing clubs in college. I never realized my secret passion for sourcing and screening was there in my view the whole time!
