- Process daily, weekly, monthly reports and deliverables for clients.- In charge for accurately checking/ examining large quantities of records and ensuring there are no errors or discrepancies therein.- Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves problems with the aim of eliminating recurrences- Identifying/ Analyzing issues/ problems related to daily reports and client deliverables.- Responsible for doing system checks to ensure daily reports processing can be completed in a manner that exceeds client and company expectations.- Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.

- Ensures that any person, trade, occupation, professional or business conducting business activity in the City is in compliance with city tax laws and ordinances- Processes and issues appropriate business licenses according to the business activity being performed- Maintains business license files - Handles inquires regarding business license requirements and assists taxpayers in completing forms as needed- Examines and audits taxpayers' books, records, financial statements, reports and other papers to verify proper reporting and assessment- Conducts field investigations/inspections to insure compliance with business license regulations- Receipts and seizes commodities in violation of tax ordinance- Appears in court as needed - Prepares daily and monthly reports- Assists with departmental projects as assigned
