I was promoted to Sr Manager to bring the Post Live Merger and Acquisition teams together and to expand our team Globally. My goals were to increase profitability, generate and save recurring revenue, increase productivity, and partner more closely with the sales team to deliver more marketable business offerings.Accomplishments:• Led the global Post Live Delivery teams providing Merger and Acquisition services on the core UKG Pro product to all customers, generating ~$8.5M in Services Revenue (14% profit margin) and ~$56M in saved / new Recurring Revenue. • Collaborated across cross functional organizations and shaped all aspects of the business offerings that increased customer OSAT (10% YoY), drove improvements to tools and processes to help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and optimal throughput for our Post Live Delivery teams (increased productivity by ~15%). • Restructured the Post Live organization into a Pod-like structure based on similar functions that delivered solutions in a more streamlined fashion. • Partnered with the sales team on prospect meetings, implementation proposals, and contracts that drove up sales with private equity customers in an acquisition growth mode.

As a Consulting Service Manager, I was tasked with blending the System Consultants and Project Managers from two different Post Live Delivery teams into a single organization. Additionally, we were tasked with standardizing the KPI’s and consolidating the multiple different Service Offerings.Accomplishments:• Merged two Post Live organizations into a single organization, we consolidated compensation structures for the team, standardized metrics for the teams, and blended both teams’ resources resulting in decreased TTE by ~30%. • Blended and consolidated all service offerings across two consultant groups while collaboratively leading strategic initiatives such as developing Merger and Acquisition services, Labor Optimization activities, and a Financial Force/Salesforce re-write.

Assisted with building out and recruiting for the Post Live Delivery team and the Services PMO. Directly responsible for Coaching / Mentoring Project Managers, leading customer escalations, and Monthly / Quarterly Reporting.
