Well rounded IT and Security Engineering Director. I believe the most important part of my role is maintaining an amazing work environment for my colleagues. The importance of fostering a truly enjoyable workplace can't be overstated. Any employee can be a catalyst for positive change and all deserve the utmost respect. Though most LinkedIn summaries cover individual accomplishments and accolades, I'm going a different route. My past and current successes are inseparable from those of my colleagues. Understanding that and acting on it accordingly (and ethically) is, in my opinion, the most important trait for an employee to have. I'll end my summary by saying thank you to everyone I've worked with over the years. There is no course offered at any institution that could hope to provide even a fraction of what I've learned from all of you.
