Through being proactive and committed to all aspects of safeguarding within the college, I ensure the well-being and safety of all students. When considering the well-being of students, I find it effective to take an holistic approach through one-to-one conversations with students, meetings and information sharing with colleagues, and regular contact with parents.Having excellent time management and organisational skills allows me to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and provide timely and relevant feedback to students, parents and colleagues. I provide support and guidance to trainee teachers and support staff.I participate in all aspects of continual professional development, including attending sessions covering child protection, sexual abuse, and detecting possible signs of extremism. I am a very conscientious individual, which allows me to expect and maintain the highest level of standards when executing my duties.
