In the Compensation-Bonus/Commission Administration department, I use my knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodology, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and entry knowledge of SQL to provide a successful testing format for quarterly compensation program update installs for the 13 compensation plans our department manages, including WorkDay experience. I have spearheaded and have been involved in improving work flows and processes within my department along with creating/editing UAT and Regression test scripts, uploading, and opening/tracking defects within our ALM testing environment and JIRA according to the BRD.
