Notify management of any issues that arise which affects quality, budget, progress and safety.• Coordinate closeout requirements with the Architect, Owner, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Public Official, TRG Employees, TRG Management and any other relative agencies that may be involved.• Monitor staffing needs, evaluate performance, and address employee relation issues as warranted for staff.

• Actively assist the Project Manager in managing the budget on each project and develop scenarios which enable the budget to be achieved.• During all phases of the project, responsible for studying the plans and specifications, setting up project files and maintaining all copies of plans and specifications while ensuring appropriate distribution of copies to field offices. In conjunction with other staff members, anticipate any deficiencies and take steps to correct.• Contact subcontractors to inform them of upcoming bids. Distribute plans, specifications and addenda to subcontractors. Ensure subcontractors have adequate certificates of insurance prior to allowing them to start project.• During all phases of the project, responsible for creating and tracking logs for submittals, transmittals, requests for information, shop drawings and plan distribution.• Confirm all materials are in compliance with drawing and specifications.
