Responsibilities and Duties• Define and implement a regional student marketing outreach strategy leading to the successful enrollment of high caliber students• Articulate Make School’s mission to a variety of publics, acting as a liaison between Make School and area college counselors/administrators, students, parents, alumni, corporations and/or governmental agencies.• Drive regional awareness and brand relevance through PR/media and by seeking out, securing and representing Make School as a speaker/presenter at relevant conferences and events.• Recruit high school and transfer students to Make School; encourage prospective students to apply and attend• Initiate contact with students, parents, counselors, teachers and communicate specifics about the academic programs offered by Make School• Develop strong relationships with thought-leaders and other key opinion leaders in the educational sphere in the region. • Maintain current knowledge of Make School’s academic, spiritual, recreational, social, extra-curricular, and other programs, and communicates this information to prospective students.• Exercise creativity in planning recruitment events, assigned projects and outreach to students

College CoachBeyond 12Core Responsibilities: • Establish and build relationship with 200+ first generation college students to help them navigate the transition from high school to college. • Deliver personalized, motivating and actionable guidance to students through coaching sessions on topics related to academic success, time management, career planning, and leadership development. • Work with students to identify and overcome obstacles to ensure students persist in college and graduate within five years of entering college. • Consistently collect, analyze and interpret student data to coach in a way that fosters student growth. • Provide perspective on college life and act as a facilitator, guiding students to appropriate campus resources and helping them understand the commitment necessary to succeed in the college environment. • Collaborate and work with Beyond 12’s leadership team to identify and improve on personal areas of growth, while contributing to the development of the organization.
