One year, intensive internship. Opportunities and responsibilities included:• Weekly office hours in preparation of services, outreaches, and other events.• Starting, leading and teaching weekly junior high small group, which grew to Realife West's largest junior high small group.• Rewriting the curriculum for and weekly teaching of “NewLife” discipleship: a six week program walking junior high and high school students through basic theology and doctrine surrounding Christianity.• Planning, preparation, hosting, and co-hosting multiple outreaches for thousands of students in the Springfield area.• Given the opportunity to preach on a regular basis at student services.• Weekly meetings with pastors and staff, preparation for and involvement in services.• Volunteer work as team leader and recreation staff at three summer camps with more than 300 students in attendance.• Planning, Set up, and tear down for annual I Love America! outreach on the 4th of July reaching over 100,000 people annually in the Springfield area.
