I have a vision along with a relentless pursuit of [perfection for property management that has given me the opportunity to rise through the ranks of this industry in an extremely quick time frame. I studied building at Belfast Metropolitan College in 2004 after spending around 6 years working around mainland Britain and abroad to progress onto becoming a lead hand bricklayer in a reputable Bricklaying company in Belfast. After the misfortune of having kidney transplant in March 2009 I went back to college in 2010 studying in business, in 2012 I took a 12 month unpaid volunteer placement at Rea Estates, Belfast to gain experience in the property management industry. I started of setting up payment plans for tenants who had fallen into arrears to property inspections, liaising with Landlords along with meeting prospective tenants at property viewings. I was becoming extremely efficient in this field and was asked to move to a new Estate Agents to take on the role Office Manager.I July 2013 I took on the role of Office Manager at a Fledgling Estate Agents, I built the documentation required, ran the advertising on internally and externally, carried out the viewings, credit checked and verified the applications, built and carried out comprehensive Inventories along with giving advice and guidance on the 2 female business partners with their office administration and computer skills etc.At the end of this period of 8 months Business had grown to over 120 properties, I had gained an excellent reputation with tenants and Landlords alike, I took some time out in July 2014 which has led me to working with Invest N.I for a business plan along with funding to support this business plan. In September 2014 I have opened 360 Property Management at 24B Argyle Business Park, Belfast, Bt13 2AU. I have been inundated with Landlords and Tenants who are now aware that I have my own Property Management Company.
