Moving across to the corporate side, working on the helpdesk. Accepting incoming calls, investigating and resolving.

Visiting various schools across Telford and Shropshire, providing on-site IT support or remote support as necessary.

Worked on-site during the pandemic. We already had a cloud computing solution, but we upgraded it not long before the pandemic hit. Once the pandemic was in full swing and lockdown was instated, all of our workers had no issues continuing their work from home and ensuring we can still provide a service to our clients.

I worked as an apprentice, building PCs, laptops and mobile devices. Learned how to create user profiles with AD, introduction to the admin-side of Microsoft Office 365. Through this employment, I completed my Infrastructure Technician Level 3 qualification with QA Apprenticeships.
