I am a research assistant in the Spence Lab at Michigan Medicine, Dept. of Internal Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology. I currently hold a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biomedical Science and a M.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. I am currently interested in increasing the accuracy and physiological relevance of engineered tissue and work with Human Intestinal Organoids (HIOs). I am an aspiring medical student passionate about patient care and the advancement of medical science.
