I am a highly organized and detailed Commercial Credit Analyst. I am passionate about solving complex problems that help clients achieve incredible things through their small businesses.  After graduating with a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado, I began my career as a teller at Washington Trust Bank in Boise, ID. I progressed in responsibilities, eventually moving to a commercial team in 2021 where I learned commercial banking as a Lending Assistant and learned to analyze financials and measure lending covenants with our Credit Analyst team. I advanced to my current roll as Credit Analyst in June, 2024.I offer 5 years of total banking experience with 3 years in commercial lending. I am a diligent, hardworking employee who earned my MBA in June 2024 while training to be a credit analyst and simultaneously performing my primary job functions. I have experience in leading workflow management meetings and am passionate about process efficiencies and creating a workflow that avoids bottlenecks, without overstressing resources. My career goals include becoming a leader in our Credit Analyst team and continuing to use the skills I've gathered professionally and through my education to become an even better resource for my future employers.
