Built the High Availability environment to match planned load requirements and provide real-time failover to a geographically separate location. Lead engineer and systems administrator responsible for providing ongoing operations and maintenance of the suite of over 100 physical and virtual Windows 2003 machines in production, test, and failover environments. He developed and maintained a series of J2EE-based web applications, enabling VA's HSPD-12 compliance.

Before joining DISA, served as the Officer In Charge of the Information Systems Support element at Incirlik AB, Turkey, providing network defense, vulnerability assessment, cryptographic key management and hardware inventory and disposal services for the 39th Wing.
