I am an experienced Athletic Director, Teacher and Coach turned private business owner. I am highly trained in LEADERSHIP and COMMUNICATION, in both the educational and business worlds. I am passionate about a lot of things, but helping others fills my tank. I want to be great at whatever I do and I want to see others do the same. My time as a coach runs over into everything I do and I believe that is why I love building a TEAM wherever I work. We learn together, grow together and win together. Over the last three years we have assembled a team that surpassed six million in sales for 2023. During that time my main role has been on boarding new team members and teaching them to excel in online marketing. I have also been the lead in customer service and account relations. Before my time as a full time entrepreneur I was an Athletic Director. I was in charge of all extra curricular activities for multiple school districts. I handled all the budgets, public relations, continued education for coaches and hiring/firing of coaches. I planned and ran hundreds of events for not only the school districts but also MSHSAA.
