I am a passionate and dedicated Facilities and WHS Manager with over 9 years experience working within the disability sector.My experience in WHS has and continues to ensure WHS management systems are applied and policies, procedures and registers comply with relevant legislative requirements.I have extensive knowledge on conducting risk assessments, audits, safety inspections and investigations to identify and eliminate hazards in the work place.My experience in Facilities, Assets and Maintenance includes ongoing maintenance, repairs and improvements of equipment are provided to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.I have broad knowledge on conducting asset reconciliations, safety inspections on equipment and vehicles, contractor and supplier relations, asset compliance, budgeting experience and overseeing renovation works.In addition to this, I have a range of skills I continue to apply such as team management, employee development, Return to Work coordination, website development / design, and implementation of new safety systems.I continue to challenge myself and apply new skills as my work profile grows.
