Members of the USAR must find balance between civilian responsibilities and military responsibilities; it mandates time management to maintain physical capabilities and possible at home training. While at USAR training, a platoon leader finds themselves responsible for the lives of soldiers, location and capability of equipment, training events, and anything else required to meet the commander’s needs. These responsibilities often come home with the platoon leader. Being in the Military Police Corp creates difficulties for soldiers and their leaders; we must constantly find the balance between being a soldier and a person sent to mitigate civilian complications.

Across all areas in this factory environment, effectively engaging coworkers and attention to detail are critical. As a warehouse personnel, inventory must be carefully monitored, and appropriate items must be gathered and delivered to production floor. Proper items must be shipped to the appropriate designated locations. During assembly, utilizing proper materials to create proper products with minimal waste requires dexterity, accuracy, and attention to details of blueprints. Assisting leadership by overseeing production as a Fill-In Group Leader amplifies these various factors. Employees must be given the tools to succeed in their various areas of responsibility in order to enable product to be created with little waste of material and time.Left in order to focus more on education and enroll in Army ROTC program.
