Planning and design of Virgin Media’s local access fibre network ensuring compliance with both Virgin Media specifications and current legislative requirements to meet customer delivery dates and all operational performance targets.Planning and delivering major infrastructure/dark fibre business customer projects as a lead representative in the South London planning department.Liaising with project managers, internal departments and contract partners to deliver planning packs in a highly demanding customer centric environment, possessing excellent people management skills, including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.Ensuring timely and accurate quality updates on all systems whilst ensuring successful inventory management and financial analysis/cost control.Utilising PIA to deliver circuits to customers via the Openreach network.Assisting the GIS team in updating, maintenance and production of accurate network records.Planning and design of BAU business customer orders, conducting site surveys representing Virgin Media in the face of business customers.Responsible for training Access Planning apprentices and new starters in the South London region.
