• Developed and presented the FY 2021 through FY 2024 Revenue Collections Management (RCM) Budget Formulation and Initial Operating Plan (IOP) requests to executives, which also included providing recommendations and alternative strategies for future funding requirements.• Modernized and enhanced the RCM budget process by developing a master workbook that links budget information from the official accounting system of record and manual office ledgers in a central location resulting in improved internal controls, budget planning and reporting.• Increased data transparency by developing a bi-weekly executive budget report for the executives providing them with detailed information on budgetary status, to include actual expenses, projected expenses, execution rates and funds available for reprograming, to assist data driven, informed decision making.• Developed a FY 2019 year-end summary for the executives and directors comparing budgetary performance against historic spending patterns, calculated execution rates for 14 divisions and presented recommendations on how to improve budgetary performance.• Created Performance Work Statements, Security Requirements and the Service Coding Worksheets necessary for the requisition of mission critical contracts.• Initiated the creation of an RCM budget dashboard within the accounting system of record to centralize frequently used reports increasing usability across the organization.• Analyzed and monitored spending for over 19 various collections programs within 14 divisions and made regular recommendations to executives on reprogramming resources to meet short and long-term priorities.• Provided the CFOs Financial Management Division, with assistance and training regarding the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) 3-year planning process and Department and OMB Budget Formulation submissions.
