Senior Budget Analyst
Current• Assigned as the OPB examiner and directly responsible for the Cybersecurity Enhancement Account (CEA), Office of Financial Services (OFS TARP), Treasury Franchise Fund (TFF), Alcohol, Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and the newly established Office of Recovery Programs (ORP) including all COVID related accounts.• Responsible for coordinating, collaborating and reviewing Office and Bureau submissions for the Departmental Budget Submission, Office of Management and Budget Submissions, Congressional Justifications, Presidents Budget Submissions, Capital Investment Plans, Apportionment Requests, Initial Operating Plans and MAX Data Entry inputs.• Coordinated and maintained the Treasury Scorekeeping file that regularly tracks budgetary information on Treasury Offices and Bureaus for each budgetary cycle and developed budgetary exhibits for Treasury leadership for use in high-level decision-making discussions.• Assisted with the management of all COVID-19 related accounts including the creation of the CARES Treasury Fund Symbol report, interpretation of all enacted COVID related legislation, monitoring and reporting of weekly COVID related obligations and outlays to OMB and Congress and directly responsible for the creation and development of the FY 2022 Treasury Coronavirus Relief, Response, Aid, and Recovery Programs Congressional Justification.• Coordinated, disseminated, monitored, reviewed and consolidated the FY 2021 Operating plan data call and responses for all Treasury Offices and Bureaus and prepared instructions and templates for the FY 2022 Congressional Justification data call request.• Developed the Treasury budget transition team presentation providing current and historic budgetary information to the Biden Administration, streamlining the transition process and highlighting immediate and critical budgetary needs of Treasury Offices and Bureaus.
