First Sergeant
Provides the commander a mission-ready enlisted force to execute the unit mission. The Service Manager (LO) 1 assists the Store Manager positioning the store team for success. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, training, coaching and developing a highly engaged service team. Acts as the Store Manager when necessary.
