Fresh Graduate but with experience in various fields of the Culinary Industry. Had 3 months in a hotel kitchen as an intern and is familiar with certain hotel kitchen systems. Jumped around and learned skills from various departments such as the Garde Manger sections, live stalls, Western Kitchen and Traditional Malay Kitchen.Also had 3 months of fine dining experience during the last semester internship. Interned in a Japanese- European fusion Fine Dining Restaurant known as "Initial 初“. Learned many skills and menu ideas as well as applications of certain food ingredients.
