Assisting with developing the subject: ELEN90096 Hardware Accelerated Computing.- Designed workshop material to get students familiar with using Vitis High Level Synthesis (HLS) and Vivado.- Created code templates to implement a convolutional neural network (CNN) on an FPGA (Xilinx KV260) to perform image processing- Designed testbenches to automate performance characterisation for different HLS designs.

Developed a photoluminescence line scan imaging system for analysing photovoltaic silicon samples. Utilised G code to control a stepper motor, interfacing the motor to Labview to create a GUI control panel.

Designed the characterisation system for a unique radiation-hardened static RAM chip.Designed Python scripts for automating testing procedures on the chip and analysing the effects of radiation on the data stored on the RAM chip.Travelled to the Australian Nuclear Science Technology Organisation (ANSTO) at Sydney to run proton radiation tests using the SIRIUS Accelerator.

Selected as one of the vacation scholars for the School of Mathematics and Statistics' Vacation Scholarship Program.Working on coordinating plug-in vehicle fleet charging, to reduce unnecessary stress on the power grid caused by uncoordinated and greedy individualistic nature of the agents.Created a poster at the end of the project, detailing what I did and my results.

Appointed as the tutor for the Peer Assisted Study Session (PASS) for Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) A-Level Physics. Prepared personalised worksheets that were separated by topics and taught in order of the syllabus.
