Current•Consulting with clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals •Establishing and maintaining an ongoing financial services relationship with clients through the delivery of top rated client service• Interviewing clients and gathering information pertaining to their unique financial situations, needs and objectives• Using state-of-the-art technologies to conduct credit, underwriting and financial analyses and qualified clients for various loan programs• Evaluating alternative loan programs and affordable financing options from a broad range of home loan products• Educating and advising clients on the home buying process and how to better manage their mortgage• Assisting clients through the loan process from application to closing and troubleshoot any transaction issues
