I'm a goalkeeper with the Richmond Kickers of the USL Pro league which is the affiliate team of D.C. United of the MLS.

I work with the club's elite girls goalkeepers, from U-10 to U-18, as well as the academy boys (U-14, U-16, U-18) goalkeepers. I'm in charge of organizing and running their training sessions as well as designing a comprehensive periodization program for both groups to cover the tactical, technical, physical and psychological aspects of goalkeeping.
